We are looking for a specialist who will continuously research the market, develop new ideas/approaches for creatives, and prepare clear briefs for the design team.

Native English speaker (C1+) — full language proficiency, understanding of slang and GEO-specific conversational nuances, strong writing skills.

Basic understanding of Western audience behavior models: humor, memes, culture, local news.

Active user of social media: TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.

Willingness to work with various verticals, including Dating, without bias.

Responsible, able to work at a high pace and meet deadlines.
