We are scaling our Search Arbitrage and Lead Generation направления and are looking for a Recruiter / HR Generalist with a deep understanding of the affiliate market and a strong media buying network.

Role Mission

Build a fast and systematic hiring process for media buyers in Search Arbitrage and LeadGen verticals, develop a sustainable talent pipeline, and strengthen the company’s HR brand within the affiliate industry.

Key knowledge and skills

🔹 Recruitment (Key Focus)

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment of media buyers (Search Arbitrage TT/Meta, LeadGen)

  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates via профильные чаты и комьюнити, Telegram, LinkedIn

  • Leverage and expand your own media buying network

  • Attract talent through offline and online conferences (affiliate events, meetups)

  • Build long-term relationships with media buyers and team leads

  • Conduct in-depth evaluation of candidates’ expertise (ROI, EPC, CR, scaling strategies, traffic sources)

  • Develop a strong talent pipeline to support team scaling

  • Analyze the hiring funnel and optimize time-to-fill

🔹 HR Generalist Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding of new hires

  • Support performance review processes

  • Contribute to the development of motivation and incentive systems

  • Strengthen the HR brand within the affiliate community

  • Support and enhance corporate culture

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in the affiliate / performance marketing industry

  • Proven experience hiring media buyers (mandatory)

  • Strong understanding of Search Arbitrage and LeadGen verticals

  • Deep knowledge of media buying and ability to speak the buyer’s language

  • Experience attending профильных industry conferences

  • Ability to quickly identify and attract top-tier candidates

  • Structured approach with a strong results-driven mindset
