We are looking for a Team Lead Demand Acqusition & Reactivation Team to build and scale a high-performing team focused on acquiring and reactivating direct advertisers, ensuring a consistent inflow of deposits, increasing advertiser LTV, and returning the lost base to active monetization.
1. Team Management
-
Lead and manage a team of account managers.

Set targets for new advertiser acquisition, deposits, and lost base reactivation.

Monitor KPI performance and target achievement.
-
Train managers in sales techniques and objection handling.
-
Develop sales scripts and communication standards.
2. Strategy
-
Develop and execute advertiser acquisition strategies.
-
Optimize inbound lead processing and ensure high-quality handling.
-
Segment advertisers by vertical, volume, and growth potential.

Increase average deposit size and reduce time to account activation.
3. Reactivation & Lost Base Management
-
Design and implement reactivation strategies for inactive advertisers.

Relaunch reactivated partners with tailored offers and special terms.

Analyze churn rate and implement retention improvements.
4. Funnel Control & Analytics
-
Track key metrics (conversion to deposit, average deposit value, time to first deposit, retention rate, reactivation rate).

Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and optimize performance.
-
Analyze acquisition channel effectiveness.
-
Ensure accurate and disciplined CRM usage as a core analytical tool.

Experience in acquiring direct advertisers

Strong understanding of CPA, CPC, and CPM models

Knowledge of core performance metrics

Experience building and managing a sales funnel

Experience working with both inbound and outbound leads

Confident CRM management skills

Ability to forecast sales and performance

Proven team leadership experience
