Analyze key product and marketing metrics - LTV, ARPU, Retention, Conversion, Churn, ROI, and others.

Explore user behavior, identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities within the product funnel.

Formulate and validate data-driven hypotheses to improve product performance and revenue.

Build and maintain reports and dashboards (primarily in Tableau) to support product and marketing teams.

Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align on goals and understand the impact of product changes.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of data and integrations across analytical systems.

1+ year of experience working with subscription-based products or apps.

Understanding of subscription monetization mechanics and unit economics.
-
Proficiency in SQL (preferably ClickHouse) and Python.

Experience with subscription analytics tools such as AppHud, Adapty, or RevenueCat.

Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar).

Hands-on experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau).

Strong understanding of key product and marketing metrics (LTV, ARPU, ROI, Retention, Conversion, etc.).

Excellent communication skills - ability to translate data into insights, present findings clearly, and collaborate across teams.
Nice to Have

Knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics.

Experience in A/B testing and statistical result interpretation.

Familiarity with ETL processes or API integrations for analytics systems.

Understanding of the subscription lifecycle (free trial, renewal, cancellation, refund, downgrade/upgrade).

Experience in cohort analysis and LTV forecasting.
