Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to drive new user acquisition across a wide range of offers

  • Analyze campaign results and optimize performance based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)

  • Brief and order creatives from designers and copywriters, test new angles and hypotheses

  • Monitor competitor ads and creative strategies

  • Maintain daily reports and campaign tracking

  • Experience running ads on Facebook, TikTok, and Native platforms (Outbrain, Taboola)

  • Strong skills in campaign setup, optimization, and scaling

  • Ability to collect and interpret performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly

  • Creative mindset and experience with testing ad angles and formats

  • English level A2 or higher
