Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

  • Create short video ads for Meta (Reels, Feed, Stories) for W2W and W2A funnels across apps (VPN, utilities, astrology, productivity, etc.).

  • Collaborate with Creative Producer, PMM, UA, and Data to:

    • Turn briefs into clear visual concepts.

    • Iterate quickly on winners; stop losers.

  • Explore and implement AI tools:

    • Test video, image, voice, avatar, and editing tools.

    • Build simple production pipelines with the best tools.

  • Systematize production:

    • Create templates, presets, style guides, naming rules, and asset libraries.

    • Reuse assets across apps, verticals, and GEOs.

  • Maintain high quality:

    • Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, typography, layout, and composition.

    • Understand what makes a “scroll-stopper” in Reels/Stories.

  • Work with Data:

    • Review creative performance, understand what works, and apply insights in new iterations.

  • Solid experience in video and motion design for ads (social, performance, mobile apps).

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, CapCut, Descript, etc.) and strong interest in exploring more.

  • Confident in Figma, Adobe, or similar tools; quick to learn new software.

  • System thinker: build templates, packs, and scalable formats, not just one-off videos.

  • Strong visual taste: clean, modern, platform-native style (TikTok/Reels/UGC).

  • Comfortable with speed and feedback: many tests, lots of iterations.

  • Clear communicator with UA, Product, and Producer teams.

  • English: B1+

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating Meta creatives for US / Tier-1 markets.

  • Experience with UGC-style ads (scripts, storyboards, editing).

  • Background in subscription or mobile apps.
