Continuous monitoring of spy tools and creative libraries (TikTok, Facebook Ads, Native networks) to analyze competitor creatives and market trends.

Audience and trend research across different GEOs: identifying insights, pain points, and cultural nuances.

Development of creative concepts for social media ads (TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including:

Ideation and concept formation.

Copywriting and scriptwriting.
-
Selecting visual and musical references.
-

Creating detailed briefs for video editors, overseeing production, and ensuring final quality.
-
Regular collaboration with the media buying team: analyzing performance, gathering feedback, and scaling successful approaches.

Maintaining and expanding the internal creative library: trending hooks, soundtracks, visuals, and scripts.

Proven team management experience.

Hands-on experience creating video ad creatives for performance marketing (TikTok / Facebook / YouTube / UGC).

Strong knowledge of research and ad analysis tools (AdSpy, PowerAdSpy, PipiAds, AdsLibrary, etc.).

Proficiency in briefing and task-setting for video production.

Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2).

Creativity, proactivity, and an idea-driven mindset.
