Search for and compile footage/materials from various sources (social media, Google, stock libraries).

Select and prepare materials for lip-sync projects.

Work with voiceovers and prepare subtitles for creatives.

Select music for projects.
-
Ensure quality control of collected materials.

Train and mentor new team members, and oversee quality control.
-
Experience in a similar role.

Experience working with social media creatives (TikTok/Facebook).

Experience in sourcing and sorting video footage.
-
Understanding of tools and services for creating subtitles and voiceovers.
-
Responsibility and strong attention to detail.
-
Willingness to learn and follow clear instructions.

Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to Have:

Experience with Search Arbitrage.

Basic video editing skills in CapCut (or other editors).

Experience working with AI tools.
