Campaign Execution: Launch advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager according to the strategy provided by senior media buyers.

Scaling: Assist in scaling winning campaigns and combinations following performance guidelines.

Analytics & Reporting: Maintain accurate reports, including weekend updates, and track key KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROI, and conversions.

Keyword & Creative Support: Work with targeting, keywords, and suggestions for new ideas, offers, and test hypotheses.

Performance Monitoring: Track metrics and flag issues or anomalies to the Media Buying team promptly.

Research: Search for new offers, angles, and creative insights for ongoing experiments.

English level A2 or higher (able to understand basic instructions and internal communication).

Strong willingness to learn performance marketing and grow into a Media Buyer role.

High level of attention to detail, responsibility, and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility — including readiness to update reports on weekends when required.
Nice to Have:

Experience working with the Meta Ads Manager.

Background in Digital Marketing, performance advertising, or traffic acquisition.

Basic skills in Photoshop, Canva, or similar creative tools.
