The Employee Referral Program allows you to recommend candidates for open EVADAV vacancies and receive a bonus if the candidate successfully completes probation.

In the event of a successful hire, the reward amount depends on the position level and ranges from $100 to $500. The final grading of the candidate is determined by the hiring manager during the interview process.

  3. We go through a standard selection process.

  4. The candidate joins the company.

  5. When the person successfully completes the probation period, you receive a bonus.
