Execute recruiting plans to fill open positions effectively. Identify and source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Review CVs and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate activity and maintain accurate records.

Provide training and support to hiring managers and team members on effective use of the ATS.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Initiate recruitment process and procedures improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent.

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, best practices, soft skills assessment methods is a must.

English language proficiency level — not lower than upper intermediate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with ATS required.

Experience in the advertising industry will be a plus.
