Role overview
EVADAV TRAFFIC GROUP is a full-service media buying and advertising company developing ad products. Our team spans globally, with talents from the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Israel, Poland, and beyond, broadcasting decades of proven records, and unparalleled expertise in the digital & advertising realms.
Evadav is looking for a Legal Counsel who will support daily operations of our a fast-growing international business operating across digital products, advertising, and online service
- Review legal aspects of advertising, digital products, online services, and commercial partners
- Provide practical legal advice to business teams on commercial operations, contractual risks, and international business activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including service agreements, NDAs, B2B contracts, partnership agreements, and agreements with vendors and agencies.
- Legal support for mobile apps (ToS, Privacy, app account verification, store audits).
- Assist with compliance-related matters, including data protection, KYC, AML, and internal policies, in cooperation with relevant specialists.
- Support relationships with payment providers, financial institutions, and international business partners.
- Advise internal departments, including Finance, HR, Operations, and Product, on relevant legal matters.
- Maintain and improve contract templates, legal documentation, and centralized legal documentation.
- Support corporate legal matters, including company registrations, corporate documentation, and coordination with external legal advisors.
- 2-3+ years of relevant legal experience in a private-sector commercial environment, either in-house or in a law firm advising business clients.
- Practical experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.Experience working with international agreements, cross-border business matters, or foreign counterparties.
- Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders or corporate clients.
- Law degree
- English written and spoken: Upper-Intermediate+
- Other languages — Czech, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian a plus.
