We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to ensure scalability and stable revenue growth through the attraction, development, and retention of advertisers.
Team Development
1. Hiring and developing key employees
2. Building a scalable commercial structure
3. Setting KPIs and incentive systems
4. Performance review
Sales Management and Growth
1. Managing the full advertiser lifecycle (sales, launch, account, scaling, retention, reactivation)
2. Monitoring and growing key metrics (new revenue, LTV, ARPU, churn, etc.)
Strategy
1. Developing and implementing a demand-driven strategy
2. Defining priority GEOs, verticals, and segments
3. Finding new growth points and scaling spend
Processes
1. Building and optimizing the end-to-end funnel
2. Monitoring CRM/pipeline, conversions, and the sales cycle
3. Setting up collaboration processes between department teams
Cross-Department Collaboration
1. Synchronizing with Traffic, CPA, RTB, Product, and Marketing
2. Developing product requirements from the demand side
- 5-7+ years of experience in commerce
- Experience building demand/sales units
- Proven experience in revenue management ($5-$10 million)
- Deep understanding of direct demand/supply, RTB/programmatic
- Team management (30+ people)
- Implementation of KPIs and incentive systems
- Sales and negotiations
