For our internal media buying unit — EVADAV Agency (focused primarily on Search Arbitrage) we are looking for Team Leads of Media Buying (TikTok Ads). Our biggest advantage (beyond a highly experienced team) — is a powerful infrastructure and a high level of process automation. We are looking for someone who loves affiliate marketing not only for the numbers, but also for the game itself: speed, problem-solving, scaling, testing, and continuous development.

Manage and develop the Media Buying Team, including building a strong and motivated team of media buyers (hiring and onboarding), fostering employee autonomy and performance, conducting regular performance management, and making timely decisions regarding low performers.

Launch and optimize advertising campaigns.

Achieve and maintain KPI targets.

Complete daily reporting on an ongoing basis, including weekends.

Participate in all meetings scheduled by the Head, COO, and CEO.

Establish and maintain a consistent testing and scaling process for advertising funnels and campaigns, ensuring a continuous flow of new approaches and hypotheses, and transferring successful strategies to the team for scaling.

Maintain ROI above 40%.

Proven experience working with TikTok traffic.

Demonstrated ability to generate a monthly profit of $20,000 or higher.

Ability to consistently maintain an ROI of 40% or above.

At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with RSOC.

Strong ability to develop, structure, and systematically test hypotheses, creatives, funnels, and traffic acquisition approaches.

Excellent understanding of key performance metrics, including ROI, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CR, and EPC.

Practical experience managing campaigns across multiple GEOs and various verticals.

Strong sense of ownership, with a proactive mindset, initiative, and accountability for results.

High level of self-management and time-management skills.

Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems into components, identify cause-and-effect relationships, and make data-driven decisions.
