Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of mobile application projects, ensuring that our teams operate efficiently and effectively.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, driving successful project outcomes through meticulous planning, transparent communication, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery process across multiple development teams, implementing and refining Scrum practices to optimize team performance.
- Partner with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and product managers to align project goals with the company’s strategic roadmap.
- Manage and organize team boards and backlogs using Atlassian Jira and Confluence, creating detailed dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Document and systematize production processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and ensuring all stages are thoroughly documented.
- Ensure transparency in team activities by planning, forecasting, and managing deadlines, release schedules, and time buffers.
- Develop detailed technical requirements, including User Stories and technical specifications, to guide the development process.

Coordinate daily operations and support teams in adhering to Scrum methodologies, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master in cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in mobile application development, particularly for iOS (Android experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence, with experience in creating summary reports and dashboards.
- Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, or ICAgile certification is preferred but not required.
