About the Role
We are looking for RTB manager to ensure maximum monetization and efficiency of RTB traffic by balancing supply and demand, managing bidding strategies, and developing partnerships with SSPs and DSPs.
1. SSP Partner Management
- Daily communication with SSP partners
- Monitoring and analyzing traffic quality
- Identifying blind spots in traffic monetization
- Onboarding new partners or returning existing ones
- Negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms
2. DSP Partner Management
- Managing relationships with current DSP partners
- Searching for and onboarding new DSPs, as well as negotiating partnership terms
- Analyzing DSP performance using key metrics
- Managing fill rates and discrepancy
3. Analysis, Optimization, and Scaling
- Daily analysis of key metrics
- Identifying growth opportunities and identifying anomalies
- Data-driven decision making
- Scaling successful integrations
- Market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Launching pilot integrations and tests
- Understanding of RTB auction architecture
- Experience with Popunder, Native, Banner, ICTV, Push, and Inpage
- Understanding of first price/second price
- Strong understanding of win rate, bid rate, fill rate, eCPM, CTR, CR, ROI, and margin
- Skills in working with large data sets and analytical dashboards
- Negotiation experience
- Accounting and partner development skills
