We are looking for a Senior Recruiter Agency business unit to:

Ensure high-quality sourcing and selection of candidates for Agency vacancies.

Сreate a stable talent pipeline, and strengthen the company's HR brand in the affiliate space.
1. Recruitment (Key Focus)

Know and adhere to existing departmental business processes and policies.
-
Manage the full-cycle recruitment of media buyers (Search Arbitrage TT/Meta, LeadGen) and other specialists for the Agency.

Leverage and expand your own media buying network. Attract talent through offline and online conferences (affiliate events, meetups).

Conduct in-depth evaluation of candidates’ expertise (ROI, EPC, CR, scaling strategies, traffic sources).

Develop a strong talent pipeline to support team scaling

Analyze the hiring funnel and optimize time-to-fill.

Provide timely and high-quality feedback to hiring managers (effective stakeholder management), as well as timely and ethical feedback to candidates.

Measure and analyze recruitment metrics.

Maintain up-to-date labor market insights, including salary benchmarks and analysis of competitive offers (upon request).

Report to the Head of HR, CHRO, and hiring managers.

Ensure accurate and consistent management of the ATS.

Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices, with a focus on continuous professional development and skills improvement.
2. HR Generalist Responsibilities -
Organize and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth adaptation and integration into the team.

Conduct regular scheduled 1:1 meetings with line employees, ensuring timely identification of needs, delivery of high-quality feedback, and maintenance of employee engagement.

Organize and coordinate team-building activities, corporate events, and other initiatives aimed at developing and strengthening corporate culture.

Upon request from the Head of HR, conduct analytical and project work across L&D, C&B, HR analytics and process automation, as well as Performance Management, HR-brand delivering well-grounded insights and recommendations.

Ensure accurate and consistent management of HR documentation and HRM/ATS systems.
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment/HR, including 2 years of domain-specific experience
