We are looking for a HR Generalist for our Consulting business unit to: 

  • Accelerate the Consulting unit’s growth and performance by being a trusted HR Generalist, building and running impactful L&D programs, establishing clear and engaging internal communications, and providing hands-on recruiting support to quickly close key roles when needed.

Key knowledge and skills

           HR Generalist in Consulting Division

  • Partner with Consulting leaders on org structure, performance, and team health
  • Identify people risks early (conflicts, burnout, attrition) and drive action plans
  • Support managers with feedback, 1:1 routines, role clarity, and HR processes
  • Provide insights using basic people metrics (turnover, engagement signals, performance trends)

    Employee Learning & Development
  • Organize and coordinate internal training programs
  • Monitor course completion, deadlines, and participant progress
  • Prepare and structure training materials, instructions, and knowledge bases
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and onboarding sessions
  • Collaborate with managers to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve learning programs

    Internal Communications
  • Manage corporate communication channels (announcements, updates, process changes)
  • Prepare posts and informational messages about courses and initiatives
  • Communicate organizational changes (appointments, departures, areas of responsibility)
  • Create and publish corporate culture content (celebrations, events, company updates)

    Recruiting Support
  • Support hiring for Consulting roles when needed (screening, coordination, pipeline)
  • Partner with hiring managers on role profiles, interview process, and feedback SLAs
  • Help close candidates through clear communication and fast execution

 

  • Experience in HRG fundamentals (Performance management, HR processes, Employee Life Cycle) 
  • Experience organizing training programs
  • Experience managing corporate channels/chats/internal newsletters
  • Experience in Recruiting basics (screening, interview coordination, hiring pipeline management)
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Experience with LMS platforms
  • English — B1, Ukrainian / Russian language
