Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

  • Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and decision-making for the N2S product.

  • Personally solve key engineering challenges, including hands-on coding when needed.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing tech team.

  • Constantly research, test, and implement new engineering approaches with a focus on AI integration.

  • Ensure platform scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability in production environments.

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 7+ years in engineering, including team leadership and system design

  • English level: B1+

  • Proven experience designing and building systems from scratch that process datasets with over 1 billion rows/objects.

  • Expert-level Python skills; deep understanding of analytical DBMS, queues, and in-memory databases.

  • Strong DevOps expertise—from CI/CD pipelines to deploying scalable and resilient infrastructure.

  • Prior experience leading engineering teams and building development processes.

  • Hands-on experience with distributed systems and highload environments (RPS optimization, low-latency systems).

  • Familiarity with compiled languages.

  • Track record in competitive programming or winning tech Olympiads.

  • Experience in deep-tech verticals such as HFT, large-scale scraping, anti-fraud systems, or automation bots.

  • Daily use of AI tools to optimize development and operations workflows.
