About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of CPA who will ensure profit growth through effective buying and scaling of profitable links.
Team Management and Scaling
1. Managing the full buying cycle (searching for sources/offers, testing, optimization, scaling)
2. Working with internal traffic (Evadav) and external sources
3. Monitoring the launch and effectiveness of advertising campaigns
Team and Structure Development
1. Managing buying & bizdev teams
2. Hiring, developing, and enhancing employee expertise
3. Setting and monitoring KPIs (ROI, profit, spend)
Strategy
1. Developing a short-term and long-term CPA strategy
2. Finding new growth points (GEO, sources, verticals)
3. Developing direct partnerships
4. Participating in product development from the buying side
Processes
1. Building a hypothesis testing system
2. Monitoring financial flows (budget, ROI)
3. Collaborating with other departments (Product, Direct Traffic, RTB, Direct Demand)
- 3-5+ years of experience in media buying/CPA/affiliate
- Experience with advertising formats: popunder, in-page, push, in-app
- Understanding and managing key metrics: ROI, CR, EPC, CPA, etc.
- Skills with trackers, analytics, and BI tools
- Understanding of anti-fraud and traffic quality
- Managing teams of 5+ employees
