We are looking for a Global Sales Manager to drive the growth of enterprise advertisers, building long-term partnerships and generating sustainable direct demand through mid- and large-scale deals.
1. New Business Development
- Identify and approach large direct advertisers and agencies
- Generate outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, conferences, and other channels
- Conduct intro calls, presentations, and discovery meetings
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals based on client needs
2. Deal Management
- Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to contract signing
- Lead negotiations and align on commercial terms
- Ensure smooth client handover and oversee the launch phase
3. Client Growth & Retention
- Drive upsell opportunities and increase client budgets
- Expand partnerships and grow monthly spend
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Forecast revenue from current and prospective clients
- Meet individual sales targets and KPIs
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of closing deals worth $50K+
- Solid understanding of digital advertising / programmatic ecosystem
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Confident in delivering presentations and pitching to clients
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
