About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer to build and execute a unified go-to-market strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth, scales the enterprise segment, and strengthens our global brand presence in the AdTech market.

This role will play a ключевую роль in aligning sales, marketing, and brand initiatives into one cohesive growth engine.

Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

1. Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement a unified go-to-market strategy
  • Define priority GEOs, verticals, and target segments
  • Establish a strong and consistent market positioning
  • Align marketing strategy with overall business objectives

2. Global Sales Unit Management

  • Lead and scale enterprise sales operations
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets
  • Grow the enterprise segment with long-term contracts ($100K+ monthly)
  • Oversee pipeline management and revenue forecasting
  • Participate in closing high-value strategic deals

3. Performance Marketing & PR

  • Build and scale a systematic lead generation engine
  • Monitor CPL, ROMI, and key performance metrics
  • Scale high-performing acquisition channels
  • Develop and execute a global PR strategy
  • Strengthen partnerships and media presence

4. Operations & Cross-Team Alignment

  • Establish clear SLAs between marketing and sales
  • Build transparent reporting systems across units
  • Optimize and manage the end-to-end funnel

5. Financial Ownership

  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Plan and optimize ROMI and ROI across acquisition channels
  • Take ownership of sales and marketing contribution to overall revenue
  • Strong strategic expertise with experience in AdTech / MarTech / Digital (marketing and sales)
  • Experience managing multiple business units
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue through own teams
  • Deep understanding of B2B and enterprise sales
  • Experience with complex deals and long sales cycles
  • Hands-on experience managing digital marketing channels
  • Solid understanding of key metrics: CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI
  • Experience working with industry conferences and events
  • Proven ability to build and strengthen a company’s expert brand positioning
