1. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, setting goals and ensuring consistent execution.
- Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop team members.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and provide continuous feedback.
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
2. Publisher Network Development
- Define and execute the strategy for acquiring new publisher partners.
- Identify and develop new traffic acquisition opportunities across different channels.
- Expand the publisher network across Social, In-App, Direct Link, Push/Pop, and other traffic sources.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
3. Full Publisher Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the complete publisher lifecycle, including: prospecting; qualification; negotiations; onboarding; scaling; long-term partnership development.
- Participate in negotiations with key publishers.
- Resolve complex partnership cases and escalations.
4. Process Optimization
- Improve and optimize the publisher acquisition and onboarding funnel.
- Develop and implement scalable processes and best practices.
- Drive automation initiatives across prospecting, onboarding, and account management workflows.
- Introduce new tools and approaches to improve team efficiency.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor team and individual performance.
- Track key business metrics, including: new publisher acquisition; traffic volume; profitability; partner retention; account growth.
- Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for business development.
AdTech & Traffic Expertise
- Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing / AdTech ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience working with Social, In-App, Direct Link, Push/Pop, and other traffic sources.
- Solid understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPC, and RevShare business models.
- Strong knowledge of traffic monetization and unit economics.
Business Development
- Proven experience managing the full publisher lifecycle, from prospecting to long-term account growth.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to evaluate traffic quality, business potential, and partnership opportunities.
Leadership
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- KPI management and performance evaluation.
- Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring.
- Strong process management and organizational skills.
Analytics & Tools
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
- Experience working with CRM systems and internal tracking platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
